As a community of learners, we came up with the values that define us as educators. Teachers from different EtonHouse campuses across countries brainstormed and identified the ‘Image of Educator’ that determines the practice in our schools.

The International Baccalaureate Mission Statement
The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.
These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

Communication to Stakeholders
EtonHouse International School shall communicates its vision and mission and IB Mission Statement to all staff, students and key stakeholders not limiting to the following communication channels in order to ensure a cohesive effort in achieving its vision and mission.
⬥ staff handbook, parent handbook;
⬥ marketing collaterals including and not limiting to annual reports, prospectus…etc; and
⬥ notice boards in the office and within school premises
EIS shall also ensure that all staff can articulate the vision and mission and what the vision and mission mean to them with respect to their job functions and these communication channels will be regularly reviewed for its effectiveness of the communication channels for continual improvement
